These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DMPR (the "App"), bundle identifier me.linjun.Dampr, provided by Jun Lin ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
You must use the App in compliance with applicable laws and App Store rules. The App does not require creating a separate in-app account.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
DMPR offers optional Pro features through Apple StoreKit as a one-time purchase or as monthly or annual auto-renewable subscriptions. Available products, prices, billing periods, and renewal terms are shown by Apple in the App Store purchase flow and are subject to Apple's terms. Apple processes payments; DMPR does not receive your payment card details. The App does not require a separate in-app account.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy: Privacy Policy.
The App, including its design, code, name, visual assets, and software behavior, is owned by the Developer or licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.
You retain responsibility for photos you capture or share. The App may embed recipe metadata in image files, such as the selected filter, look, and tone. If you share or export a photo, that file and its metadata may be received and handled by the destination you choose.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device, operating system version, camera, or photo library configuration.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
DMPR is a creative camera tool. It does not guarantee any particular photographic result, image quality, compatibility with all photo workflows, or preservation of files outside normal iOS and photo library behavior.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, photos, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of your jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
